Can My Order Be AmendedWe are unfortunatly unable to amend orders which have already been processed.

Dispatch Days / Times - Telephone Orders> We Dispatch parcels Monday - Friday only , We are out of the office on Saturday and Sunday. > All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Next Working Day ( Monday ) .Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed we aim to dispatch your parcel within1- 2 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to take telephone orders due to Security reasons.

Courier DeliveriesWe use royal mail track and trace for your convienience , https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item On the royal mail web page you will find a link to leave your parcel at a place safe convienient for you if you are not going to be home . Standard UK delivery is 3 -5 days and bank holidays will take a further 2 days

How To Return An OrderAs long as your purchase is in the same condition it arrived to you, with all original labels on and within 7 days of receipt of delivery . In the event you need to return your item ,Please Contact MBRboutique@hotmail.com before you return your item in order to have your return processed. Once we recieve your return we will confirm this in an email to you within 24HRs , Our Quality Check team will then get to work to process the parcel in order to deam it resalable. Unfortunatly we do not offer free returns. Your welcome to return your purchcse with your choice of courier. However our recomendation would be to take your parcel to any royal mail post office. Please we do recomend this is done by track and trace method ,and you retain your recipt as proof.

How will i know if my order has gone through.We will email a confimation of your order with the delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a further emial with tracking information.

How to ask a question or raise a complaintOur customer care team are availible to answer any question queries you may have . If your unhappy with the service we provide we are very sorry,you can raise your complaint by emailing us in order for us to resolve your issue . we will get back to you within 24hs by email.

Do you deliver outside the UKCurrently we only offer deliverys in the UK However if you live outside of the UK please use the contact form to get in touch and raise your question.

My order seams to have been cancelledOccasionaly due to high demand on on popular items ,unfortunatly there may be times when your purchase becomes unavailable, if this has happened , We will contact you within a reasonable time frame to confirm the cancellation . We will then arrange for a full refund on the unavalable item.

Exchanges and RefundsTo be Eligible for an Exchange or refund the items you would like to exchange must be returned first and must be in a resaleable condition unworn unused , with all original tags and packaging. Unfortunately we do not offer Refunds on Sale items however we are happy to exchange. We are Happy to send you an alternative size ,if the fit is not to your requirements. All you need to do is advise us in your email of the required size. If however we have sold out of the required size we will notify you.
